I'm heading back to Kansas this week, and I look forward to a few runs out in the old haunts. Hopefully I can get out to the roads near Coach Smith's house for a nice long one, then I have to make sure I run "the loop", one of the three or so courses we ran all the time in high school, back in good ol' Clay Center. There's also the possiblity of a beer mile in Manhattan on Friday. I'm not sure how I feel about it, but the challenge will be hard to back down from.
