I have recanted my previous motivations to not continue with this blog. I realize that it's what everybody does now, and it's a good way to communicate with lots of interesting anonymous potential predators out there in cyberspace. So this is what I plan to do -
1. leave out superfluous crap from my blog, i.e. talking about my feelings and my shoes and my chafing. If you want to know that call me. If I feel like letting you know about it, I'll call you. (You might not want to answer)
2. Include potentially useful information, such as -
a. Training Information - should it turn out that my training philosophy
results in good racing.
b. Racing information - proof that I was correct/wrong in point (a.)
3. Occasional photos or personal information - a good dose of self-contradiction with a sprinkle of self-love never hurt anyone. (actually it kind of led to the holocaust.)
So that's the plan. I'd still most like to showcase what's going on through my running log on running2win.com there's a link at the top under "Running Log"
I'm also not above putting logos of places willing to sponsor me, like the Honey Stinger one to the left. It's good stuff and they're willing to give me at least something.
