Formerly secret post-run drink recipe:


-1 Banana (potassium)
-some blueberries (frozen is cheaper) (antioxidants and stuff)
-some fresh spinach (iron, vitamin c)
-some chia seed powder (it says that it's way good for you)
-some ground flax seed (Omega 3)
-some protein powder (protein)
-some natural peanut butter (protein)
-a little turmeric (anti-inflammatory)
-some honey (tastes good)

Fill it up with milk or water

blend it up and pound it. It tastes good, the spinach is covered up completely by all the other stuff, and the turmeric doesn't really taste like anything anyway.
