Yesterday I did a big double threshold run - 20 min warm up/30 min LT/20 min easy/20 min LT/20 min cool down. It was a tough one, but I was cruising at 5:15 pace the whole way, up most of the big hills. Not a bad workout to cap of the work week.

Today we went down to Raven Rock State Park for a little trail running. It was a cool little place, with some nice riverside trails and there weren't too many people around early.

The big race is about a month and a half away now, and I think I'm starting to get a little more prepared. Let's not get too carried away here.
