I've spent the last week or so getting back on my feet. This week I'll be back around 90 miles, and my knee is only uncomfortable some of the time, and tight after running, so I'm dealing with it right now. I've got right about two months to get ready, so I've got to ramp up my training and get really lucky.

I've been doing a lot of yoga lately to loosen up all my tight stuff, my hamstrings and quads mostly, but my hips are incredibly inflexible, it seems like the best way to learn stuff about yourself, physically and emotionally is to get hurt.
