Transition time. I was planning to run a few more races using my training over the last few months, but the road race situation around here is pretty lame. I can pay 30 bucks to enter a race that might have competition and I can win a plastic trophy. I at least want the chance to make my money back if not get a little extra to get some new socks or something. http://www.sockguy.com/index.html. So anyway, I'll save most of my bellyaching. It took some time to recover from the half - which I was not expecting, but now I'm back on normal training for the most part, I'm now emphasizing mileage out the wazoo through January. Then it's sharpening time for...

So, I'll be having a good time getting up in to high mileage and trying to not hurt myself, as soon as it stops raining here on the east coast. Geez. Nor'easter+hurricane is not conducive for good running.
